Through Vygotsky's teachings, we know that students' cognitive development occurs through social relationships that are effected both between individuals and in the interaction between each person and the environment in which they live. In this sense, the teacher plays a fundamentally important role so that the different types of knowledge are apprehended in view of the intermediation of each individual and the knowledge present in the experience in each environment that, due to the human presence, is a social environment.
